Shipping
How long does domestic shipping take?
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
We ship domestically through Australia post that can deliver to most locations around Australia.
When will my package be sent?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
How long does international shipping take?
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on where in the world you are. I.e. New Zealand will be closer to 7 days whereas the Northern Hemisphere will be closer to 22 days.
We ship internationally through DHL Express.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Can I pick up from you in Sydney?
No, unfortunately our warehouse is not open to the public at this time.

Returns & Exchange
Can I exchange or return an item?
The Fellas will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include a note with your returned goods that include your name, order number and desired size/style. Please ensure the desired replacement item is in stock.
To complete your return, please head to our returns portal and follow the directions.
When will my return be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Do you sell wholesale?
Absolutely. Shoot a note to the team with your details and we can get you set up as a wholesale customer 👌
Will you be restocking out of stock styles/sizes?
We do restock a range of our best sellers from time to time. Please subscribe to our emails for the latest news on new drops and restocks.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We sure do! Please email us with an outline of your order details (number of polos etc) and our friendly team will hook you up with a discount code 👊
Will you sponsor me / my event?
We receieve a high volume or requests to support charity / corcorporate / fundraiser golf days. As such, we do need to pick and choose which events we can support.
To submit a request for event support, please email us including the following details:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- Any company / organisation you are representing
- An outline of the event (size, timings, location etc)
- Brand exposure opportunities for The Fellas Golf (e.g. social media, signage etc)
- Your request (polos, prize packs etc).
This will help us to make an informed decision and whether it aligns with our brand values.
How do I know what size polo I am?
You can find a size chart on each Polo page. Our polos are an 'athletic' fit so if you would like a little extra wiggle room, consider going up a size. If you wouldn't usually wear a Slim Fit, we recommend going up a size.
